This just in. Our colleague Jen Doman has organized this big estate sale tomorrow and asked if we would put out the word. It sounds good, so we're on:
- Park Estate Sale
- 30 years worth of items: furniture, books, etc.
- Saturday April 16th - 9am to 4pm
- 548 3rd Street between 7th and 8th avenues in Park Slope, Brooklyn
is the date right?

Definitely was not worth the trip. The estate must have sold all the good stuff to dealers and is now trying to get rid of the junk. Oh, if you're an 8-track tape collector, it may be worth checking out. Otherwise, save your $4 roundtrip Metrocard fare and buy a latte instead.
